Found money during a morning run… keep it or try to return it?

This morning, I went to the ground for a run. While running, I found some cash lying on the ground. There was no one around — the place was completely empty. I picked it up and kept it. Now I can’t stop thinking… Did I do the right thing? Or should I have tried to find the owner somehow? There was no one to ask, no clear way to return it… What would you do in this situation?
